Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ch444 ("ch444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ch444 online betting and gaming platform, accessible via the domain ch444.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

ch444 is operated under a licence issued outside Pakistan. ch444 does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or any provincial regulator. Pakistani players access the Platform at their own legal discretion and assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable local law.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the ch444 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits or other non-withdrawable incentive amounts credited to a User's Account, which are subject to separate Bonus Terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, virtual sport or other eligible betting market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, which may include identity verification, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation as required by applicable regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that a User must wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which the User's access to or use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited or unlawful under applicable local law.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ch444, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licence jurisdiction applicable to the Platform or by your local law, whichever is greater.
2. You must be acting as a natural person in your individual capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of, located in, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from ch444 or from any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or by operator action.
5. You must have the full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and to perform gambling or wagering activities as contemplated by these Terms.
6. You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of ch444 or any of its technology, game-supply or operational partners, unless explicit written permission has been granted.

ch444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card (such as a Pakistani CNIC), passport, proof of address or any other document that ch444 deems necessary to verify compliance with these eligibility criteria.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to register and hold one (1) Account only on the ch444 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or additional Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where required, a valid phone number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

Account Currency

Accounts for users accessing ch444 from Pakistan will display balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The applicable exchange rate for any conversion between PKR and the Platform's operational currency shall be determined by ch444 at its reasonable discretion and may include a spread or conversion margin.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ch444 operates KYC procedures in compliance with the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements of its licence jurisdiction. You may be required to complete KYC verification at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when Account activity triggers automated review thresholds, or at any time ch444 deems appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your Account or allow a third party to place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf.

ch444 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, telephone or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from ch444, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

You must notify ch444 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. ch444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Transactions completed prior to ch444 being notified of a security breach remain the User's responsibility unless ch444 determines otherwise in its sole discretion.

Deposits & Payments

ch444 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed at the cashier at the time of transaction. Payment methods available to Pakistani users may include familiar mobile wallet services and bank transfer options; however, availability is not guaranteed and is subject to the operational policies of the respective payment providers. The listing of payment brand names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does it imply any commercial partnership with ch444.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts held by family members, are not permitted. ch444 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or reverse any credit where the source of funds cannot be verified.

Withdrawal Requirements

• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the same name as your ch444 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of ch444 before the first withdrawal is processed.
• ch444 may require re-verification or additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests at its reasonable discretion.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements linked to bonus claims must be fully met before bonus-related winnings are released for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in the cashier.

ch444 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms or regulatory compliance requirements. In such cases, ch444 will communicate the reason for any hold to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions

ch444 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral incentives and VIP rewards to eligible Users. All such promotions are governed by these general Terms and any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users who meet all stated qualification criteria, including minimum deposit thresholds specified in PKR where applicable.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the specified validity period. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation upon expiry.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed on eligible games within the specified timeframe. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ch444 Platform are subject to the Platform's general Betting Rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between general and specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once the Platform has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during technical outages, network disruptions or data feed failures may be voided at ch444's reasonable discretion. ch444 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.

Errors & Obvious Mistakes

Where odds, lines or game outcomes are published due to a clear and obvious error — including but not limited to technical errors, data feed failures, human error or events outside ch444's reasonable control — ch444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings derived from apparent errors prior to correction will not be honoured.

Live & In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are particularly susceptible to data feed latency. ch444 displays odds in good faith based on available data but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy at all times. Bets placed during a suspension or delay in the live feed may be voided. Pakistani players engaging with live cricket markets during PSL and ICC fixtures should note that in-play market suspensions during wickets, rain delays and DRS reviews are standard operational practice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ch444 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any associated balance forfeited and their details reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation from ch444;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting or any form of wagering based on non-public information in breach of applicable sports integrity laws or regulations;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform's code or game logic to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Users, operators or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, pool funds or otherwise gain an advantage contrary to the Platform's rules;
• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate terrorist financing or conduct any other activity prohibited under applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing or financial crime legislation;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPNs, proxies or other tools to conceal your actual location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, abuses or defames ch444's staff, other Users or third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ch444 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, software, code, design, layout, databases, text, graphics, images, game assets and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive property of ch444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying, transmitting, publishing, sublicensing or creating derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of ch444.

Any unauthorised use of ch444's Intellectual Property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ch444 shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any technical failure, system outage, data loss or security breach affecting the Platform;
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any interruption, delay or error in the transmission of live sports data or game outcomes;
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider, game supplier or data provider;
• Your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by ch444's negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation by ch444, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Responsible Gambling

Suspension & Termination

ch444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if ch444 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal or prohibited purposes;
• The Account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory enquiry or law enforcement request;
• The continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users.

Users may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to the User via a verified payment method following satisfactory KYC completion, subject to there being no outstanding compliance concerns or pending investigations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ch444's operating licence is held. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ch444's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant regulatory body or dispute resolution mechanism designated under ch444's licence conditions.

Pakistani Users are reminded that the courts and arbitration bodies of ch444's licence jurisdiction — not the courts of Pakistan — have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Platform. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the law of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint relating to your Account or Platform services, please contact our support team in the first instance via Live Chat or email. ch444 will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable timeframe and aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, escalation options will be communicated to you.

Amendments to These Terms

ch444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ch444 will provide notice to Users via a platform notification, email to the registered address or prominent display on the website. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the amended Terms take effect.
